Travel Plans & Arrival Day

The arrival day for all participants is Thursday, December 28, 2023.

On arrival day, we will have the WUP Welcome Service set up at Frankfurt Main International Airport (FRA). We will be meeting you at the airport and bring you to the greet Hotel in Darmstadt. Please be aware that this welcome service can only be offered on the official arrival day. If participants decide to arrive earlier, it is on their own responsibility to find their way to the hotel. 

No further activities are planned for arrival day.

During the program, participants are free to travel during their free time. However, they need to inform the program coordinator in advance and in writing about their travel plans (day of departure and planned arrival back in Darmstadt).
